Application Requirements

Student must be currently attending a District 54 school in Kindergarten through 7th grade.

A household member must be a current PTA member at the school the student is attending.

Student must fill out two (2) essay questions in their own words.

More than one (1) student per household can apply for the scholarships.

You may only submit one (1) application per student and only list one (1) camp/program.

Applicants are not eligible to win more than 2 consecutive years. If the student was awarded a scholarship for the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 school years, they are ineligible this year.

Scholarships are voted upon and awarded based on scores. Applying alone does not guarantee a scholarship.

All documentation must be turned in by April 10th either via email to STCPTAScholarship@gmail.com or delivered to Collins School at:
