APPOINTMENTS

All treatments are available by appointment only and must be booked online.

NEW CLIENTS AND PREPAYMENT

New clients are required to pay a 50% prepayment. The appointment is confirmed only after the payment has been received. The prepayment is deducted from the final price of the treatment.

If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the prepayment can be transferred to a new appointment date.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. You can contact us through WhatsApp or email.

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or if a client does not attend, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service price will be charged. For new clients, the prepayment will be retained as the cancellation fee.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Please provide complete and accurate information about relevant health conditions, medications, allergies and recent skin treatments. Clients should follow all preparation and aftercare instructions. For safety reasons, we may postpone or refuse a treatment if necessary.
