Admission Requirements
Incoming Grade 7 and Grade 11 Students and Transferees shall submit the following:
- Report Card (Form 138)
- Photocopy of Live Birth Certificate (Preferably PSA authenticated). Those who cannot secure will be given one week grace period after the enrollment.
- Baptismal Certificate for Catholics and its equivalent for Non-Catholics.
- Good Moral Certificate and/or Certificate of Enrollment from the school last attended.
- Medical Certificate
- Two (2) copies of 2x2 ID Picture w/ white background
- ACR or study permit for Foreign Students

Incoming students shall take the entrance/placement examination required by the school.
All transferees shall not be admitted except for reasons of war, security, calamities and change of residence as supported by documents, and for some other reasons based upon the discretion of the school.
Incoming students and transferees shall undergo intake interview by the Guidance Personnel.
