Status Saver Tools Studio does not directly collect or store personal data on its own servers.
The App processes status media only on your device.
Some information may be collected by third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase for advertising, analytics, and app performance.

We comply with Google Play Developer Policies, and we aim to respect GDPR (EU), CCPA/CPRA (California), and other applicable privacy laws.

2. Information We Do NOT Directly Collect

We do not:

Upload your status photos, videos, or audio to our own servers.
Collect your contacts, messages, or call logs.
Track your personal identity such as your name, email, phone number, or exact address.
Create our own user profiles based on your usage.

All status media managed by the App stays on your device only, unless you choose to share it through other apps.

3. Information Processed on Your Device

To function properly, the App needs access to:

3.1. Media Files (Statuses)

The App may access:

Status videos
Status photos
Audio contained in status media (where supported)

Purposes:

Display available statuses from your device.
Save statuses to your gallery.
Allow offline viewing, sharing, or reposting.

We do not upload these files to any server. They remain on your device.

3.2. Permissions

Depending on your Android version, the App may request:

(Legacy) READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE for older Android versions
INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – for ads and connectivity
POST_NOTIFICATIONS – to show notifications for new statuses or app events
AD_ID permission – for advertising purposes through Google Ads SDK

Permissions are used only for the functions described and not to read unrelated personal data.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Collection

Although we do not directly collect personal data ourselves, the App uses third-party services that may collect and process data according to their own policies.

These include, but are not limited to:

4.1. Google AdMob (Advertising)

We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect:

Device information (model, OS version)
Advertising ID (for ads personalization, if allowed)

Status media remains on your device until you delete it.

We do not maintain our own server database about individual users.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you believe a child under 13 is using the App and providing personal data through a third-party service, please contact us so we can assist you with any necessary steps.

10. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring you have permission from the content owner before saving, sharing, or reposting any status.
Not violating copyrights, privacy, or any local laws.
Not sharing unethical, harmful, or inappropriate content using the App.

We do not encourage and do not accept responsibility for:

Sharing immoral or offensive content.
Sharing copyrighted content (songs, movies, shows) without permission.
Using the App to harm or harass others.

11. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect:

Local operations from unnecessary access.
Network connections required by third-party SDKs.

However, no system is 100% secure. Using the App is at your own risk.

12. Your Rights (GDPR / Other Laws)

Depending on your region, you may have rights such as:

Access to data collected by third parties about you.
Deletion or correction of data (as managed by third parties).
Restriction or objection to certain processing.
Opt-out of personalized advertising.

Because we (Status Saver Tools Studio) do not operate our own servers or maintain personal profiles, most rights are exercised via Google / third-party tools.

Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
