' when changing the download location ?

When you choose to any folder and if application do not have permission to write to that location, at that time this error message is shown. So to resolve this error, you can try to choose Android -> data -> com.whazappstatus.whasappstatus -> files and choose this location. You can select this path for internal as well as external removable SDCard.

But please make sure and take care while choosing any path that contains package name as a folder, as shown above 'com.whazappstatus.whasappstatus'. Because if you choose any path that contains package name will get deleted when you do clear data or when you uninstall the application. So if you choose any folder that contains package name, make sure that you take back up of statuses before uninstalling the app as discussed in below FAQ. How to back up your statuses ?

First of all locate the folder where your statuses are saved. TO find out that, just go to main screen, click on 3 vertical dots, and then click on 'Storage Location' menu item. It will show you where your statuses are storing. Then use any file explorer application and go to that path. There you will find JameInfotech folder, just copy that folder and paste to another location where you want to keep back up.

How to restore back up?

Once you taken the back up as shown above, you can paste that JameInfotech folder in 'Storage Location' shown in app. That means, you can override/replace 'JameInfotech' folder that you backed up with 'JameInfotech' folder located at Storage Location.
