R studio makes R more user friendly and powerful
I have been enjoying R studio around 10 years. I started using R studio when I got my faculty job at NCU in 2011. My main motivation of using R studio is its enhanced environment for R programming.
CRAN (Comprehensive R Archive Network) is a repository of R packages made by users.
I submitted my first R package in CRAN on 2012/4/6 (the compound.Cox package, Version 1.0). Since then, I have been maintaining five R packages.
