Scarecity is currently divided into four sections, according to most recent updates. 

The top of the city, reserved for the elites and the pseudo-elites who managed to successfully climb the social ladder, is called The Upper Division—also known as Heaven. 

The middle part of the city, which makes up the majority of the city, is called The Central Division. This Division is home to everyone who isn’t rich and influential enough to be accepted into the elite circles but make enough to get by comfortably. 

The deepest part of the city is divided into two sections due to the tragedy of the virus outbreak. The Lower Division is more or less an underground society. The law is loose but various communities  have formed of people who are just trying to survive, those down on their luck, and society’s outcasts. 

The very bottom of the city is called Hell's Division—a once valued part of The Lower Division that became a coffin for unfortunate souls in a desperate attempt by the Council to contain the spreading virus. Now a forbidden zone rife with death, Hell's Division serves as a reminder for residents of the Lower Division that the upper echelon don’t care for their lives in the slightest.
