Draft or Pass is a mobile basketball game developed and published by Stathead Lounge.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used when you play Draft or Pass.

Draft or Pass does not require users to create an account and does not ask users to provide personal information such as their name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
Draft or Pass uses Google Firebase services, including Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics.
These services may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:
• app interactions and gameplay events;
• app version and device information;
• operating system information;
• Firebase installation identifiers;
• session information;
• crash reports, diagnostic information, and technical information related to crashes or errors.
Gameplay analytics are used to understand how Draft or Pass is used and to improve gameplay, balancing, usability, and the overall player experience.
Crash and diagnostic information is used to identify technical problems and improve the stability and performance of the game.
2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Draft or Pass uses services provided by Google Firebase.
Information collected through Firebase may be processed by Google in accordance with Google's applicable privacy and data-processing terms.
Stathead Lounge does not sell users' personal data.
3. ADVERTISING
The current version of Draft or Pass does not display third-party advertising.
If advertising is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
4. ACCOUNTS AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Draft or Pass currently does not require user accounts and does not allow users to publicly submit or share user-generated content through the game.
5. DATA SECURITY
Stathead Lounge uses reasonable measures and established service providers to protect information processed through the game.
Data transmitted to Firebase services is handled using the security mechanisms provided by Google Firebase.
6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Gameplay analytics and diagnostic data are retained only as necessary for analytics, game improvement, security, and technical troubleshooting, subject to the retention practices of the Firebase services used by Draft or Pass.
Because Draft or Pass does not currently provide user accounts, Stathead Lounge does not maintain an account-based user profile that can be deleted.
