1. INTRODUCTION
[TTW ] ("we", "us", "our") operates the mobile application Statistics AI - Smart Solver (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect only what we need to provide and improve the App.
a) Information you provide directly
- Problems you submit by typing or by taking a photo ("Problem Inputs").
- Messages you send in the AI tutor chat ("Chat Inputs").
- Your email address, if you create an account or contact us for support.
- Feedback, support requests, and survey responses you choose to send.
b) Camera and photos
- The App uses your device camera only when you choose to photograph a problem for solving. Images are captured on-demand and are not accessed in the background. You can also type a problem instead of using the camera.
c) Subscription and purchase information
- If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is handled by Apple and our subscription service provider Superwall. We receive limited information such as subscription status and expiry, but we do not store your full payment card number. Apple and Superwall process billing data under their own privacy policies.
d) Information collected automatically
- Device model, operating system version, language setting, and app version.
- Usage events (e.g., which features you open, whether a solve succeeded).
- Crash and performance data via Firebase Crashlytics.
- Approximate analytics used in aggregated, non-identifying form where possible.
4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information to:
- Generate step-by-step solutions and AI tutor responses you request.
- Operate, maintain, and secure the App.
- Manage your subscription and provide premium features.
- Understand usage and improve features (e.g., flashcards, quizzes, cheatsheets).
- Fix crashes and diagnose technical issues.
- Respond to your support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations.
5. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROCESSING
When you submit a Problem Input or Chat Input, the content (including any image and text you provide) is transmitted to Google Vertex AI (Gemini) to produce a solution or response. These inputs are processed to deliver the feature you requested. We do not use your individual Problem or Chat Inputs to identify you, and we do not sell them. Aggregated, de-identified inputs may be used to improve the quality of the service.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We share information with vetted providers strictly to operate the App:
- Google Firebase (including Vertex AI / Gemini, Analytics, Crashlytics): hosting, AI processing, analytics, and crash reporting. Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We require these providers to process personal data only as needed to perform services for us and in line with applicable law.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older (or 16 and older in the EEA, or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below these ages without verifiable parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us personal data without consent, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will delete it.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
If you are in the EEA or United Kingdom, you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

9. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We keep your Problem Inputs, Chat Inputs, and account data only as long as needed to provide the App and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account or request erasure, we delete or anonymize your personal data, subject to limited retention required by law (for example, tax or accounting records). Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained longer for analytics.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing shopperbit@gmail.com or, where available, using the in-app account deletion option.
10. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Our service providers (including Google and Apple) may process data in the United States and other countries outside your home region. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA or UK to another country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's certified compliance (e.g., the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable).

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the App or by email where required. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision.
