Singing is good for you!
According to an article in The Times recently, singing is good for you because:
It boosts memory and brain power
It increases levels of stress-busting hormones.
It can stop you snoring.
It fights anxiety and depression.
It helps breathing and has similar benefits to yoga.
It can boost your immunity.
It can help you learn foreign languages.
Best regards.
