Samhain is the Feast of the Beloved Dead, when we remember those who have gone before, and celebrate those who will come after.
Are you grieving for someone, or celebrating someone's birth?
2020 has been a hard year. It seems extra-important to find ways to gather, mourn, and celebrate together.
We'll meet on 31st October, 6 pm UK time (link below to check the time in your time zone).
In this ritual we will remember and name those who have died, especially in the last year, and welcome those who have been born in this last year.
This is a ritual in the tradition of Roses, Too! Feminist Witchcraft:
= Everyone is welcome, regardless of home tradition, regardless of experience level, regardless of identifying as Pagan or not.
= This ritual explicitly welcomes transgender, non-binary, and genderqueer people.
= A detailed ritual outline will be provided, including what (minimal) supplies you'll need and what prep work you'll want to do in advance, but this is not primarily an educational event.
= If you've been to Pagan ritual in the past, including any ritual Stasa has facilitated or co-facilitated, you will have enough background knowledge to participate.
Please register at the link by 11:59 pm on Saturday, 24 October. You will receive a confirmation email, and then separate emails with ritual details (including some preparation you'll need to do in advance) and the link for the video platform to join the ritual.
Please start to think now about who you would like to remember and who you would like to welcome.
I look forward to celebrating with you and to weaving sacred community together.
