Stray Kids (Korean: 스트레이 키즈; RR: Seuteurei Kijeu; often abbreviated to SKZ) is a South Korean boy band that JYP Entertainment formed through the eponymous 2017 reality television show of the same name 'Stray Kids'. Their pre debut album "Mixtape" is filled with songs that were part of their missions from the survival show, theories say that the songs are connected and tell the story of a k-pop trainee.The pre debut album's title track is "Hellevator" which got a music video while two other songs of the album got a performance video (Young Wings and Grrr Law of Total Madness).Stray Kids officially debuted on March 26 2018, with their debut album "I am NOT" and the title track "District 9" which got a music video, later on "Grow Up" was uploaded and "Mirror" performance video.. The band has eight members: Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N. For undisclosed personal reasons, Woojin left the band in October 2019. Stray Kids primarily self-produce its recordings; the main production team is named 3Racha and consists of Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han, and the other members frequently participate in songwriting. Over the past few years they have amassed a loyal group of fans, known by the name Stay. Skzoo is a project by Stray Kids where each member gets a designated character. Skzoo was first introduced on February 2, 2021, with the song “God's Menu”. Wolf Chan's design was inspired by Bang Chan being the leader, and often using a wolf emoji in his text messages. Leebit's design was inspired by Lee Know's front teeth, similar to that of a bunny, with a tough look conveying Lee Know's mischievous persona. DWAEKKI's design was inspired by Changbin's clay statue resembling a mixture of a pig and a bunny he made during a variety broadcast . Jiniret's design was inspired by Hyunjin's resemblance with a ferret in his facial features, height, and for his fluid dancing. HAN QUOKKA's design was inspired by HAN being compared to a squirrel or a quokka since debut because of his full cheeks.
