1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your access to and use of the website at www.starverse.com.my (“Site”), and any related services, products or features offered by Metaspace Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using or accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree, please cease using the Site.

2. Eligibility & Account Use

• You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and have full legal capacity to enter into these T&C.

• If you register for an account on the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to keep this information updated.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Products / Services & Ordering

• All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including where the product information or pricing is inaccurate or incomplete.

• We may substitute a product of comparable kind, quality and value if the original is unavailable, unless you explicitly reject a substitution when placing the order.

• Prices, availability and specifications of products may change without notice.

4. Payment & Billing

• Payment must be made by the methods made available on the Site (e.g., credit card, e‑wallet, bank transfer).

• Where applicable, you are responsible for any bank or payment gateway fees, and any applicable taxes/levies.

• If payment is declined or invalid, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

• We will endeavour to ship products within the timeframes indicated on the Site, but all shipping/delivery times are estimates only.

• You must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify us immediately of any defects or damage.

• Return policies (if any) will be as set out in our Returns Policy. Unless otherwise stated, you may bear the cost of return shipping.

• We may refuse returns in case of misuse, damage by you, or if goods are not in their original condition.

6. Intellectual Property
