Setting Up Your Own Personal Client Portal:
You'll receive a Welcome Email.
Inside the email, click on the “Create Client Portal Account” link.
Enter your birthdate, password, confirm your password, and accept the terms of service
(by clicking on the box).
Click on the “Sign up” button.
What Can You Do in the Portal?
View upcoming appointments.
Request new ones by clicking on the + sign. Note: you're able to request multiple.
View and complete documents.
Join telehealth sessions.
Send a secure message.
Accessing Your Portal:
Once it's been set-up, you can access your Client Portal by returning to this Website (StartingNewChapters.com) and clicking on the green Client Portal button at the top
of the Client Portal page.
