1. About START Driving school
START Driving School in Nakhon Ratchasima is approved by the Department of Transport and has been successfully providing new drivers with both theoretical and practical driving lessons . Both classroom and on road courses giving car driving instruction are open to anyone who can not drive with many students now able to drive safely and correctly on Thailand’s busy roads..
Training is provided both for theory in class and followed by practical driving experience. Students learn about traffic laws and other related laws, how to the use and maintain the basic engine. Initially new drivers once they are familiar with rules for driving properly will be given practical driving experience off road on the school’s driving track. Instructors who have been trained by the Department of Transport will ensure students reach the standard of The Department of Transport Driving.
After completing the driving course, a driving test will be arranged consisting of theoretical ability tests which will be undertaken at the school followed by a practical skills test on the school’s off road driving field circuit. When the test is completed, the school will issue a certificate to those who have been trained and satisfactorily tested both in theory and practice. This certificate will be required to be submitted as evidence to obtain a driver's license at any Department of Transport Office nearby your location and once obtained will ensure no further testing.
