The start desk is an initiative to provide a clean, safe and growing environment for young professionals to work. We are a new startup in the space of providing workplaces to individuals, freelancers, and companies who give work from home option to employees and want to retain employees at remote locations.

We offer the following:

Rules

1. The timing is 9 am to 7 PM.

2. The office is open from Monday to Friday Only.

3. Tea and water are to be self-served.

4. Clean the cups/glasses and replace them after use.

5. Shoes and chapels are to be kept outside.

6. Helmets to be kept under the table.

7. There is no allotted parking; please park in the basement only at the designated place, start desk is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle.

8. Please keep the bathroom clean and flush properly.

9. When entering the office, first wash your hands and then go to your seat.

10. Wear a face mask in the office covid protocol.

11. You need to keep your desk clean all the time.

12. Smoking and chewing of gutka/pan/chewing gum is NOT allowed in the office.

13. You have to take care of your valuables.

14. Storage of cash, gold, or any other valuable good in the office is NOT allowed.

15. No loud talking or shouting in the office.

16. Internet is provided for official use, download of movies, songs, indecent/objectionable text/video/audio is NOT allowed.

17. Clicking your own photo with the space is allowed, but not of other members. To click any photo, where another member is getting clicked, permission needs to be taken, while clicking or posting on social media.

18. No gestures or looks or spoken or written or e-mail to be given to any female or male co-worker, which leads to sexual harassment.

19. Rights of access to space are reserved with the owners of the office.

20. Guests are not permitted to sit for more than 30 minutes.

21. Your seat is fixed, and you are not supposed to change the seat on a day-to-day basis.

22. In case you want to use the whiteboard, please use only whiteboard markers and keep it clean while leaving the office.

23. Payment once done will not be returned.

24. Internet availability is dependent on the service provider, so we do not reduce/reimburse payment in case the internet is not available. An attempt will be made to fix the price.

25. If you lose or misplace the key of your drawer, Rs. 1000 has to be paid for a replacement.

26. Weapons, explosives, and any inflammable material is not allowed in the office.

27. Any guest coming to meet you has to enter his/her details in the visitor register.

28. CCTV footage will be stored for security reasons.

29. More rules can be added by the management.

30.  AC timing in summer - 11 am to 4 PM.
