Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Ans: Once you notify an administrative staff within 24 hours of the session, we will refund you or reschedule for another time.

Q: Do you accept HRA vouchers?

Ans: Currently we do not. We offer discounts to military personnel and honorably discharged veterans. We accept GNY Child Care Fund 1199 vouchers and all TW local 100 CCF forms.

Q: How long are your sessions?

Ans: We offer 45 minutes, 1-hour and 2 hours sessions.

Q: What type of payment due you accept?

Ans: Money order, Credit card, Debit card, PayPal, Cash app & Zelle.
