I decided to book a trip with Captain Ryan for my boys (ages 11 and 12) and myself.  This was our fist time ever out on a boat.  I couldn't have chosen a better captain to book with. He was super patient with my boys who are not "outdoorsy".  He explained everything from the area we were fishing, how to cast, how to bait and set the hooks when we felt a fish.  He went above and beyond for my boys to have a great experience.  He even headed closer to some dolphins on the way back in so the boys could see them up-close. Totally recommend Stars and Bars Charters.
