Someone has noted that Ashtaroth is associated with the mother - Venus. Venus being the mother of the soulmate union. I still have research to do on this though. Venus/Aphrodite is just a smaller piece of what we know as Lilith. That is the dark mother.
David Thompson's book on Ashtaroth notes that she is the divine feminine. Astrologically, the symbol for Venus is ♀️.
