I had to call Claire in for a quick rescue missions and she was there at the drop of the hat. Buster came back after what looked like an amazing time and slept the whole evening! This will be the first of 2 reviews because I haven't actually used the service yet! Claire of Star Paws will be feeding my 2 cats when I'm away and came over yesterday to discuss requirements. She immediately put me at my ease about having someone in my house when I'm not there. She was friendly, yet professional and my cats took a definite shine to her (one of them is famously shy). She also seemed very thorough checking things I hadn't even thought of. She even said if I were late back from my trip to let her know and she'd come over and make sure my cats were fed again. I'll post again after the trip and amend the rating if needed but so far I'm very happy. Debbie Clift
I definitely recommend star paws to anyone needing their dogs walked. They are very patient with my two OAP bassets, who take ages. They have gone above and beyond to help my dog's. even just buying a ramp to help with the logistics of it all. I am very pleased with the service provided. Shaughneann
I had to call Claire after injuring my leg, so was unable to walk my dog. She was absolutely brilliant, and provided the ideal peace of mind during an already stressful time.
