  • advance health care directives, consent for minor travel, deeds, contracts, financial documents, real estate documents, power of attorney documents, prenuptial agreements, trusts, trust certifications, etc.

• Travel services available for offices, homes, hospitals, jails, public places, etc.

• Call to discuss your requirements

• 30- minute notice required for cancellations

• $1 per minute waiting fee applies after 15-minute wait

• Travel fee applies if client refuses or is unable to sign

• $35 travel fee credit issued if 12 or more signatures are notarized

• $55 travel fee for San Francisco, Santa Clara counties
