Commission info:

Specify a pose if you are looking for a specific pose with the commission! If you don't have a specific pose that you would like, I'll draw a pose with my artistic freedom/choice.
Send character references. If your character is an OC, please give me character traits, personality, background, etc... I don't want to mess up your character! Please send a google drive link of your character (or whichever way you prefer to send references) If the character you want to commission is not an OC, please send me the character name and series they are from!
Prices can vary depending on the complexity of the commission. Please don't hesitate message me if you are unsure about how much a commission will cost!
I will ship out your finished acrylic charm commission with a USPS First Class Mail. Unless you are willing to pay more for another shipping option/service, please let me know.

Note for those who live outside the U.S :

I do not offer custom charm commissions for those outside the U.S. I'm very sorry I can't offer custom charm commissions for those outside the U.S :( I really want to but the shipping process is complicated... The only time I will offer custom charm commissions for those who live outside the U.S is when I have a custom charm commission listing on my Etsy store. Shipping is much easier to handle through Etsy. Please be on the look out or feel free to ask me anywhere about charm commission availability if you live outside the U.S. I can see if I can make a custom listing for you in particular if you really wanna commission me when I don't have a custom charm commission listing available! :)

Payment terms

Will only be accepting payments through Paypal invoices and in USD currency.

** When I have a custom charm commission listing available on my Etsy store is the only exception where a Paypal invoice will not be sent and can be paid through Etsy. Otherwise, invoices will be sent only through Paypal.

Pay me before I start your commission. I will not start your commission unless you pay me first.

There are FEW exceptions where I will start a commission before accepting payment, but that is only until I'm guaranteed you will pay me. Before you receive a commission or picture, you will still have to confirm a part of your payment. You are required to fulfill payment once I send a sketch update. If you do not pay me after sending the sketch, your commission will be cancelled.

Payments will be sent with an invoice through Paypal. I will send a sketch update of your commission and wait for your approval. After the approval is confirmed, I will continue and finish the artwork!

Terms of Service

The artist holds the right to decline or accept a commission.
Commissions are exclusively for personal use. All artwork rights belong to the artist. If interested in commercial pricing/rates, please discuss with me first.
Revisions are free of charge, as long as they are not complex changes (an outfit change, pose changes, etc... will require additional fees).
Please confirm the sketch, confirm any revisions or ask for revisions before approving of the sketch. Once approved, I will not go back unless I have not started the coloring process.

You may not edit any of my commission artworks, unless you have permission from the artist.
You may NOT sell any of my commission artworks. You may not resell any of my artworks in any form. In regards to NFT's, I do NOT allow NFT's and I don't allow ANY sort of reselling or stealing of my artworks.
I usually take 2-4 weeks to finish the artwork. Please note that it could take more or less time depending on the complexity of the commission.
Please be patient with the physical shipment of the charm. Please note that it might take longer to send the actual physical charm when commissioning a custom charm. I talk and order charms in bulk with my manufacturer(s), as I have my own online store to take care of. This process can take a while and I can come across unexpected problems or delays, so I ask for your understanding and patience when it comes to this process.

Refund Policy

I DO give refunds to commissions if I have not started or finished the sketch.
If your commission is in progress, I DO NOT give refunds if I have already progressed far enough or started the coloring progress.
Commissions are non-refundable once they are fully complete.
