Welcome to Starlight Dance Studio

Starlight Dance Studio is a dance school based in Weymouth, Dorset. Classes at Starlight Dance Studio range from Ballet to Tap, to Gymnastics Dance to Modern. There are also classes involving Conditioning and Limbering as well as a Starlight Stars show class which is a performance class. We have specific classes for our younger students which are a mix of Ballet and Modern. Students are welcome to attend our Twinkling Stars class from when they are confident walkers and then progress through our three youngest classes. Starlight Dance Studio is a fully inclusive dance school and we welcome all abilities. Not only do we have classes to suit all ages of children we also have an adult tap class!

Miss Naomi

Hello,

A little bit of background information about myself- I have been dancing since the age of 3 and have continued ever since! My biggest love is ballet but I find enjoyment in all types of dance genre.

I have always had a passion for supporting children in developing their love for all types of dancing. I founded Starlight Dance Studio in January 2019 and the dance school has continued to grow and develop. I believe that all students should be given the chance to dance and be given the chance to express themselves through dance.

I have competed in dance competitions, performed in many shows including shows at prestigious theatres in London such as; Her Majesty's Theatre and Sadler's Wells. I have also taken numerous dance exams in a variety of dance genres.

Hello,

I have been dancing since I was 3 and have been dancing and helping with Starlight Dance studio since it was founded in 2019. I have performed in many shows, productions and festivals, as well as having taken lots of exams in ballet, modern and tap recently receiving distinctions in all three genres at vocational level.

Hello,

I have supported Miss Naomi since she founded Starlight Dance Studio. I recieved an A grade for my dance A-level and I am currently at Bath Spa University to do my BA (Hons) in dance. Dancing has always been a dominant factor in my life since the age of five. Dancing is something that I feel very passionate about. I have always enjoyed working with children and have over 6 years of experience of supporting classes.
