CONTEST RULES
1. Dust covers must be removed. No penalty for models attached to or sitting on a display base.
2. Mirrored display bases may be used in any class to show chassis bottom, with no penalty.
3. All models with rotating display bases must be entered as a Diorama, unless turntable is turned “OFF” during judging.
4. All models with display wall panels used as a background for the model must be entered as a Diorama.
5. In all automotive classes 1A thru 6A, hoods must be open or removed, but operable doors, trunks, & tailgates may be left closed w/no penalty.
6. In Slammer/Curbside (class 8A), all hoods, doors, trunks and tailgates must be closed. In "MOPAR" (class 7A), Pickups (class 12A), Dioramas (class 16A), and classes 18A & 19A, positioning of each is optional. In "Baby Blue" (Class 18A), models may also be painted light blue, powder blue, robin egg blue, or sky blue, as well as 2-tone with white only.
7. Dioramas (Class 16A) must depict a scene, and must have a base.
8. Models violating any of the above rules, or entered in the wrong class, will need to be moved to correct class; or will be disqualified; or will have their judging scores lowered.
9. A model may not win more than 3 awards. Past years’ winning 1st Place or "Best-of-Show" models may not win this year.
10. Also NOTE: Any/all COVID protocols required by Tuslaw Schools on the date of the show will be followed and enforced.
