CHENG ZHEE LONG

An ultramarathoner, founder of the ZHEE LONG Cup, holds numerous prestigious titles. In 2022, he became the ambassador for both JCI TOYM and JCI Malaysia Sustainable Development Award. Internationally recognized, he received the JCI TOYM Malaysia's Top Ten Outstanding Young Person Award in 2015 and was honored by Taiwan's Dongwu University in 2013.


Renowned for breaking records, in 2024, he set the world record for the farthest distance covered by a person with cerebral palsy in 48 hours, running 118.102 kilometers in the Taipei 48-Hour Ultra Marathon. His leadership extends to successful event organization, notably the Zhee Long Cup 12-hour ultramarathon, attracting significant participation and recognition. Additionally, he excels in international ultramarathons, showcasing remarkable resilience. Beyond athletics, he is a respected figure, earning accolades like the “Let the World Beautiful Because of Me” Outstanding Youth Inspirational Award in 2019. His journey inspires others, demonstrating courage in overcoming obstacles and pursuing excellence.
