The Application does not provide an option to create an account, therefore, we do not collect any information. We obtain your email address when you request support via email or Google Form. We use the information you provided us only to contact you to provide feedback, important information, or required notices.
The Application is using analytic services to optimize user experience and make the app better. Collected numbers are completely anonymized and merged from all users. We do not collect original user generated content. The services automatically collect certain information that does not personally identify End Users who access or use mobile applications that use the services. This information includes, but is not limited to, device state information, unique device identifiers, device hardware and OS information, information relating to how application functions, and the physical location of a device at the time of a crash.
In the free version of the app for the Android devices, we use Google AdMob Advertising. Google's advertising requirements can be summed up by Google's Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users. https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543?hl=en
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
We only retain data locally on the device for as long as needed to provide the app’s core functionality. Jump measurements are processed in real time and are not permanently stored. App settings are kept until the user deletes the app or clears app data.
Users can delete all stored data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in their device settings. We do not store any personal data on external servers.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is a material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
