STARFM Group is a job and workflow management platform designed to streamline field operations across survey, installation, repair, and workshop processes. Account Registration: When you register, we collect information such as your name, mobile number, email address (if applicable), and assigned role (e.g., Engineer, Manager, Workshop Staff).
Job & Form Data: During job execution, users submit data including job type, status, assigned forms, job completion details, scanned barcodes, photos, digital signatures, site contacts, and remarks.
Communication Logs: Includes acceptance/rejection reasons, mileage updates, job progress, and in-app interactions.
Vehicle Details: Engineers update vehicle and mileage information upon login.
Location Data: We collect GPS data with your permission to enable job site tracking, directions, check-ins (“On Route” or “At Site”), and workflow context.
Camera and Media Access: Camera and photo library access is requested for uploading job-related images or videos and attaching visual evidence to reports.
Device & Usage Data: Includes app interaction logs, device identifiers, crash reports, and analytics related to screen flow and tab activity.
Background Operation Data: For features like background fetch and remote notifications, usage activity may be captured while the app runs in the background.
Network Access: The app may restrict unsecure network connections in accordance with Apple’s App Transport Security (ATS) rules, allowing only secure HTTPS traffic unless explicitly permitted for local networking purposes.
