Hello all,
we have a problem with a new XGS126 and connecting phones to a cloud PBX.
Yesterday we have exchanged a UTM for a XGS. Until then the telephony worked without problems. Since the swap, the phones (Yealink) lose connection to the PBX (Starface) pretty much every hour.
The PBX then reports for almost all phones in intervals of a few seconds:
Peer '1181.ylnkt42' is now UNREACHABLE!
After a few minutes all phones are connected again.
In the log view of the XGS I do not find any errors.
From a WIndowsclient the PBX is always reachable without problems.
We created a firewall rule that disabled both IPS, Appfilter and WebProtection to the PBX. We also ran "system system_modules sip unload" on the console. We have also increased the UDP Tiemout Stream parameter to first 150 and then 600. All without success so far.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be and what else we can do?#
