I. INTRODUCTION

StarEntertainerAurangabad (SEA) site is an internet based events information site owned and operated by SEA Team, office at 39/40, Near Sai Mandir, Jyoti Nagar Main Road Opposite Sai Service, Aurangabad, Maharashtra - 431005

We will provide the Planning to you with reasonable care and will use reputable suppliers where applicable. Subject to your reasonable directions, we will be entitled to perform our duties under the contract as we see fit.

Kindly read and accept all of the terms and conditions laid down in this Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”). Pricing policy has been set up to ensure you have visibility of your event costs throughout the project. We will work within the budget you have defined.

Any extra requirements will be catered to with the clients consent on paying the supplement cost

Any query arising from an invoice must be notified by the Client within 10 working days of the date of the Event.

The cost of our Planning is a set fee dependent upon which package you choose.


Deposit – A deposit of 50% of the total fee payable as quoted and agreed in the written proposal (attached), of any event or programme shall be payable on confirmation of the order. The remaining 50% shall be known as the “balance”.

Balance Due – the balance of the total fee shall be payable 14 working days prior to the event date.

Last Installment

The Final Installment against the wedding package / event package should be paid a day prior to the last event. It would be paid on the last day of the event; it should be paid at least six hours before the starting of the event, so that the payment to the vendors can be made on time for the smooth functioning of the final event. Payment is only accepted in Cash, Google Pay and Phone Pay will be accepted for the final Payment.

Several of the services we outsource on your behalf, such as transportation or any additional arrangements from you.

Cancellations

  • You will be responsible for all payments for third party supplies arranged by us in accordance with the contract.

  • Cancellation notices received within 2 weeks or more prior to the date of the event, will be refunded in full.

  • Cancellation notices received between 7 days to the date of the event will be subject 50% payment.

  • Cancellation notices received within 4 days of the date of the event will be subject to full payment.

  • Delegates may request a booking transfer to another event, or a delegate substitution, in place of a booking cancellation.

Liability Limitation

We shall not be liable to you for loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims arising from any information or instructions supplied by you which are incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of yours.

We shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether caused by our negligence or that of our servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of the Planning or their use by you.


Changing our Terms & Conditions

We may change our Terms & Conditions according the situation / Event at any time and will give you 28 days notice of any changes.
