By purchasing a commission or adopt from me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
I reserve the right to refuse any request or sale for any reason.

Payment is in full upfront when it's €100 or less. Payments above that amount will accept payment plans.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Ko-fi, VGen or DeviantArt points.
All prices are in euro. A USD conversion can be provided if requested.
No work will begin until payment is received.
If I cancel the commission before completion, you will receive a full or partial refund depending on progress.
I will provide a sketch for approval depending on the commission type.
Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch stage.
Major changes after approval may cost extra (between 5% and 20% depending on the stage).
Turnaround time: 1 week to 1 month (may vary due to health, studies, or life).
You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use (icons, banners, character refs, etc.)
Do not claim the artwork as your own.
Do not remove my watermark or signature.
Commercial use is not allowed unless discussed and paid for separately.
Adopts are sold to the first person who pays.
Payment must be made within 24 hours after claiming, or the adopt will be reopened.
If you wish to keep the adopt pending for you, ask before offering, including how long you need.
Once paid, you own the character design.
You may redesign, edit, or develop the character freely.
You may not resell the adopt for a higher price unless additional art (commissioned or personal) has been added.
You may not resell or trade the adopt without crediting me as the original designer.
Credit me as the original creator whenever possible.
Do not remove my watermark from the original adopt image.

Content that makes me uncomfortable
OCs & fandom characters
Mild gore (blood, scars)
Fantasy species & creatures
Ships (with limits)
My artwork may not be used for AI training.
My artwork may not be used for NFTs, crypto, or blockchain projects.
I retain the right to display commissioned or adopt artwork in my portfolio and on social media unless you request otherwise.
You do not gain copyright ownership—only usage rights as stated above.
You may DM me on Discord, Toyhouse, or Instagram for any concern or request.
I don't usually respond to DMs on DeviantArt or Tumblr unless I can be sure the account is legit.
