1. What Star Escape War collects
Star Escape War is a lightweight arcade game. Neo Sportings does not require account creation, and the app does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or street address through gameplay.
2. Data stored on your device
The game stores a small amount of gameplay information locally on your device so the app can remember your settings and entitlement state between sessions.
Best score: stored locally so the game can show your highest run.
Sound preference: stored locally so the game can remember whether sound is on or off.
Purchase state: local flags may be stored so the app can remember whether Remove Ads or Premium has been activated after Google Play confirms the purchase.
Progress and continuation state: local state may be stored so the app can remember stage progress, available lives, and revive-related continuation behavior between sessions where supported.
3. Advertising and rewarded revive
Star Escape War may use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to load rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads. Rewarded ads may be used for optional revive features in the free experience, while interstitial ads may appear at natural break points such as a completed run or a final defeat. When AdMob serves ads, Google and its partners may process technical information such as your IP address, device identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, crash information, and ad performance data according to their own policies.
Neo Sportings does not directly receive your payment card number from rewarded ads, and Neo Sportings does not sell your personal data.
4. Purchases and billing
Star Escape War may use Google Play Billing for digital purchases such as Remove Ads and Premium. These purchases may unlock features such as ad-free play, free revive access, extra stage lives, and cosmetic content. Billing transactions are processed by Google Play. Neo Sportings does not directly collect or store your full card or bank details inside the game.
Google Play may provide Neo Sportings with transaction status information such as whether a purchase succeeded, was restored, or is currently active so the app can unlock the right features.
5. Network requests and third-party services
The game interface may request Google-hosted font resources. In addition, the Android app may contact Google services for ads and billing features. These services may receive technical request information such as your IP address, device/browser request details, app instance information, and related connection metadata to deliver their services.
Neo Sportings does not use account login or a custom analytics server in the current version of Star Escape War.
6. How data is used
Data is used to operate the game experience, restore purchases, remember settings, support stage continuation and entitlements, serve optional ads, and keep the app functioning correctly.
7. Device compatibility and performance
Star Escape War supports Android 8.0 and newer. Gameplay performance may vary by device hardware, Android version, available memory, graphics capability, and WebView version. For smoother late-stage gameplay, Neo Sportings recommends Android 12 or newer on a recent device.
8. Sharing of data
Neo Sportings does not sell your personal data. Third-party service providers such as Google may process technical and transaction-related data when ads, billing, or hosted resources are used.
9. Data retention and deletion
Locally stored game data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage, clear browser storage for the web version, or uninstall the app. Purchase records may continue to exist in your Google Play account history according to Google's policies.
10. Children
Star Escape War is a general-audience arcade game. Neo Sportings does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the app. Parents or guardians who have questions about ads or purchases should review their device and Google Play family controls.
11. Security
Neo Sportings aims to keep the app simple and minimize unnecessary data handling. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Changes to this policy
Neo Sportings may update this privacy policy from time to time. When this policy changes, the updated version should be posted at the active privacy-policy URL used for the app's store listing.
