End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: May 14, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to the mobile application Star Chakra (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed and provided by Abdul Manum (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a free service.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify the Application or any part of it
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Translate the Application into other languages
Create derivative works based on the Application
Use the Service Provider’s trademarks, branding, or intellectual property without written permission
All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including all copyrights, trademarks, database rights, and intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
2. Service Availability and Modifications
The Service Provider strives to ensure the Application remains useful, reliable, and efficient. However, the Service Provider reserves the right to:
Modify or discontinue any part of the Application at any time
Add, remove, or change features without prior notice
Charge fees for certain services or features in the future
Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before they are charged.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always remain available, error-free, or compatible with all devices or operating system versions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device. Such actions may:
Compromise your device’s security
Expose your device to malware or malicious software
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Application
The Service Provider is not responsible for issues caused by modified or unsupported devices.
4. Internet and Network Usage
Certain features of the Application require an active internet connection through Wi-Fi or a mobile network provider.
The Service Provider is not responsible for:
Limited functionality caused by lack of internet access
Data charges, roaming fees, or other charges imposed by your mobile carrier
Service interruptions caused by network providers
You are solely responsible for any charges incurred while using the Application.
5. Device and Battery Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains functional and sufficiently charged.
The Service Provider shall not be liable if you are unable to access or use the Application due to:
Battery depletion
Hardware failure
Device malfunction
Software incompatibility
6. Third-Party Information and Services
The Application may rely on third-party services, APIs, or information providers.
While the Service Provider attempts to keep information accurate and updated, no warranty is made regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of third-party content.
The Service Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on such information.
7. Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may release updates to improve functionality, security, or compatibility.
By using the Application, you agree to install updates when made available.
The Service Provider may also suspend or terminate the Application or your access to it at any time without prior notice.
Upon termination:
All rights granted under this Agreement immediately cease
You must stop using the Application
You may be required to remove the Application from your device
The Application may collect and process personal data necessary to provide its services.
By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Application’s Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for protecting your own device and account information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any:
Your use of the Application is at your own risk.
10. Changes to This Agreement
The Service Provider may update or revise this Agreement periodically.
Updated versions will be posted within the Application or on the relevant distribution platform. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Users are encouraged to review this Agreement regularly.
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Service Provider’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
