Stapleless Old School

The stapleless format is a format designed by our friends from Hanseatic Old School from Hamburg, Germany. They have made a extensive banned list with the goal to promote the odd ball cards and get the obvious choices out. In this format you won't see any Swords to Plowshares, Sedge Trolls or Counterspells, instead you'll see cards like Brainwash, Two Headed-Giant and Force Spike. 

Rules Summary

1. Legal Sets:  All Swedish Legal sets (No Fallen Empires).  An extensive banned list that you can find by clicking here.

2. Re-prints from these sets with same art and same frame are accepted.  Pre-prints are also accepted, i.e. a Revised Stone Rain instead of the Ice Age Stone Rain.

3. No Mana Burn

4. 60 card deck with a 15 card sideboard
