Nancy Scales Coddington is a STEM education consultant with over 24 years of experience in designing and leading STEM clubs, programs, and educator trainings. A former public media producer, she specializes in making STEM engaging, accessible, and sustainable for both in-school and out-of-school learning spaces. Nancy serves as an advisor for PBS KIDS educational content and is a board member of the Science Teachers Association of New York State. She has trained educators nationwide on creating impactful STEM experiences and is passionate about fostering curiosity, creativity, and inclusion in STEM education.

Jennifer Clancy is the Chemistry SAR for the Southern Section of STANYS and a Fellow in the Southern Tier section of the NYS Master Teacher Program. She earned her BS in Chemistry from Hobart & William Smith Colleges and MS in Exercise Physiology from the University of Oregon. She is certified in Biology, Chemistry, and 7-12 General Science. Jenn has been teaching a myriad of 7-12 science courses since 2001, and is currently teaching Regents Chemistry, Regents Physics, and a local Chemistry course at Campbell-Savona Jr/Sr High School where she coaches the Academic All-Stars team, is the facilitator for the Girls Who Code Club, and is a Class of 2030 Advisor. She feels strongly about finding opportunities to broaden her students' experiences to help set themselves apart and give them hope for the future. Outside of school, she is a Vernier Trendsetter, 3D Molecular Model Teacher, and Bio-Rad Explorer Fellow, conducting workshops and conference sessions to help other teachers bring new content and pedagogy into their classrooms. Jenn sings as a Cantor for her church and has been an active leader in both Girl Scouts and Scouting America. She enjoys traveling, camping, cooking, learning new languages, reading, and spending time with her family. Jenn is looking forward to collaborating with other STEM teachers to enhance her own teaching and learning for the benefit of her students, while helping others.
