GROUP 1 — Non Commercial, not for profit organizations and voluntary groups.
GROUP 2 — Commercial organizations and events.
Included in the hire charges
Shared use of the kitchen for hot drink making and use of crockery
Setting up and /or clearing up time (30 minutes only)
Excluded from the hire charges:
Use of ovens. (additional charges will be made for these services).

Returnable damage deposit £50.00
Commercial use will incur additional charges please call to discuss your requirements.
Cleaning Charge £25.00
Chargeable on all day hires for parties and weddings
