Description: I developed a two-page Base Station Maintenance Report dashboard using Power BI to monitor the operational status and signal performance of base stations across various regions. The dashboard includes interactive visualizations, including map-based performance tracking, to help maintenance teams and stakeholders identify key areas for intervention based on real-time data.

Real-time Monitoring: Tracks the number of sites that are online, offline, and disconnected, enabling quick identification of base stations needing attention.
Signal Performance by Cluster: Displays signal performance by clusters across different regions, helping teams prioritize maintenance efforts in specific locations based on operational data.
Map View: Provides a geospatial representation of base station clusters across various states, allowing stakeholders to visualize geographic areas where issues are concentrated and make region-specific decisions for dispatching maintenance teams.
Reasons for Disconnections: Visualizes the percentage breakdown of disconnection causes, such as ignition relay issues, meter faults, and unit disconnection, enabling root cause analysis for service interruptions.
Connection Status and Signal Quality: Displays a detailed view of the connection status (on, off, disconnected) and signal quality of base stations, providing insight into overall network health and operational efficiency.
Regional Performance: Analyzes signal performance by region, enabling management to compare the operational status of base stations across different areas and direct resources accordingly.
Outcome: The Base Station Maintenance Report dashboard enhances operational visibility for maintenance teams, facilitating data-driven decisions to improve base station uptime and signal performance. The map view offers a geographical overview, making it easier to visualize regional performance and prioritize resources effectively. This dashboard has proven valuable in identifying maintenance priorities and optimizing operational tasks.
