This apartment is newly renovated, with new doors, trim, floors, paint, lower kitchen cabinets.
$1,300/month + tenant pays electric, gas, water, and internet
Electronic Keyless entry on both building and apartment doors for your convenience.
Each unit has its own Resident-controlled Central Heating and Central Air Conditioning.

If after reviewing the resident selection criteria you want to proceed, submit a pre-screening survey
When the survey is received we will reach out to schedule a tour. Each applicant must provide a current driver’s license or state issued photo ID card at the time of the tour.
After taking a tour, you are welcome to apply. Email us to let us know you want to apply and we will have application link, which includes background check, sent to you from our tenant portal: TurboTenant.com.
A $45 Background check fee is required at the time you apply for the apartment. THE BACKGROUND CHECK FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
One application per adult is required.
Be sure to fill out your application thoroughly to ensure timely processing.
You must provide 3 current pay stubs from your employer.
The application in its entirety must be filled out within 48 hours after link is sent or it will be rejected.
Once your application is accepted, you will be given a copy of the lease to sign. 1st month's rent and security deposit are due at the signing of the lease.
The apartment will not be held until the Security Deposit and 1st month's rent are received and the lease signed.
