    • Provide assistance to families in the St. Andrews area through food, personal items and referrals. Provide some relief for families struggling to make ends meet.
  2. How many families does the pantry serve?
    • Average 300 families monthly. Nov 2016 - 365 , Dec 2016 - 330.
  3. How is the food cupboard supported?
    • St Andrews Area Food Cupboard is supported through donations, fundraising and grants.
  4. Who works there?
    • All staff is volunteer , with the exception of some support staff provided by other agencies.
  5. How can I support the work of the food cupboard?
    • Personal donations - tax deductible contributions to the food cupboard go to making vital food purchases, building rent and basic operating expenses such as electricity.
    • Food Donations - Individual food donations are welcome. Please see the guidelines section for how and what the food cupboard can take.
    • Business Donations - see detail pages on how businesses are donating to the food cupboard and how your business can participate.
    • Fundraiser participation - Annual events and dinners are thrown to support the food cupboard.
