1) Character - Being the best person we can be is critical! Track & Field is a hard sport, recognizing our competitors are putting in effort the same as us and being respectful to them is required
2)Trust - Never give up on a teammate! Trust they have your back. Coaches are trained to help, trust their message and take it to heart
3) Positivity - Having a positive mindset can be hard at times in life and track and field! Having a positive outlook and trusting the process vs. focusing on the results will lead to great things
4) Effort - Doing the best under the circumstances is required. Illness, weather, etc. is out of our control sometimes, do your best anyway!
