Personal Interests:

I'm a retired Manufacturing Engineer with Eastman Kodak Company. The Dayton, Ohio, division is a manufacturer of high speed industrial printers. We produce machines capable of Ink Jet printing speeds of over 1000 feet per minute paper speed.  If you have received a personal Social Security statement in recent years, there is a fair chance it was printed on an ink jet printer built, in part, in my work area.  My experience covers quite a bit of ground from electronics to mechanical.  My workload included Very High Speed Inkjet Commercial Print Systems, writing work instructions, structuring Bills Of Materials, and many manufacturing engineering related duties. In the past I have also been involved with transferring porduct manufacturing to China and Malaysia, networking PC's throughout manufacturing, ISO 9000 Documentation and implementation, Automated Printed Circuit Board Testing (ATE - Automated Test Equipment), bed of nails fixtures, small circuit design, and many projects which extend back (through many foggy memories) to my initial employment in 1975. I spent over 43 years of my career with the same group of people, albeit bought and sold as a division many times (Mead Digital Systems, Kodak Versamark, Kodak, Scitex, Scitex Digital Printing, Kodak).

When not working at the manufacturing engineering day job, I have enjoyed artistic creativity through Photography.
