1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how the Stamp Identifier mobile application (the “Application”) collects, uses, processes, and protects information.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Application.
The Service Provider values user privacy and aims to handle all data securely and transparently.

The Application is designed with data minimization and anonymity in mind.
Depending on your interaction, the Application may collect or process the following types of data:

Device information (model, operating system version, app version)
Crash logs and performance analytics (via Firebase Crashlytics)
Anonymous usage statistics (to improve stability and features)
b. User-Provided Data
Images uploaded by users for stamp identification
Optional text or feedback submitted through email or forms
c. Anonymity
Uploaded content and usage data are processed without personal identifiers.
Unless you voluntarily contact the developer via email, your identity remains anonymous.
3. How We Use Information
The collected data is used solely for the following purposes:
To provide the Application’s core functionality (stamp identification and AI-based analysis)
To improve performance, accuracy, and stability
To detect misuse or prevent illegal activity
To fix crashes and optimize compatibility with devices and operating systems
The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or trade user data under any circumstances.
4. Image and Content Processing
Images or content uploaded by users are analyzed through third-party AI services, including but not limited to:
Google Gemini
Google Vision API
Google Lens
These services may process the image content externally to generate analytical results.
Uploaded images are not used for advertising or personalization, and are processed only for recognition purposes.
The Service Provider does not control or guarantee how third-party providers process or store the data. Users should refer to each provider’s privacy documentation for more details.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Uploaded images are temporarily processed for analysis.
Analytical logs and crash reports are retained only for diagnostic and maintenance purposes.
Users can request deletion of identifiable data (e.g., email correspondence) at any time by contacting the Service Provider.
Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
6. Data Security
All communication between the Application and its servers or third-party APIs is encrypted via HTTPS.
The Service Provider implements reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access or alteration of data.
However, no digital service can guarantee absolute security, and the Service Provider shall not be liable for security incidents beyond reasonable control.
7. Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party tools and APIs, each of which operates under its own privacy terms:
Google Play Services
Firebase Crashlytics
RevenueCat
Google Gemini, Vision API, and Lens
Users are encouraged to review the respective policies of these providers to understand how data is handled by each.
8. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining device security, including passwords and app access.
Jailbreaking or rooting the device may compromise security and is strongly discouraged.
The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for data loss or compromise resulting from device modification, third-party software, or user negligence.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Application does not target or knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age of consent in their region).
If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact the Service Provider for immediate removal.
10. Data Transfers
Since third-party services may process data globally, user data may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions.
By using the Application, users consent to such international data processing as necessary for the service to function.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
