This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “You”) and StampCam (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). This EULA governs your access to and use of the StampCam App (“Application”) provided by the Company. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, You agree to comply with and be bound by this EULA. If You do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.
1. License Grant
We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this EULA.
You are not permitted to:
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Application.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
• Use the Application for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Application to any third party.
2. Intellectual Property
The Application, including but not limited to its content, design, and features, is the exclusive property of StampCam. All intellectual property rights are reserved by the Company. This EULA does not grant You any rights to use trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property belonging to the Company.
3. Privacy
Your use of the Application is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how We collect, use, and protect Your data. By using the Application, You acknowledge and agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Updates and Modifications
We may update or modify the Application to enhance functionality, fix bugs, or improve user experience. Such updates may be automatically applied without prior notice. You agree that We are not obligated to maintain or provide specific features of the Application.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• StampCam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if You violate any terms. Upon termination, You must cease using the Application and delete all copies from Your devices.
7. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting within the Application. Continued use of the Application after changes indicates Your acceptance of the updated terms.
