By downloading, installing, or using Stamp Maker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
Title of auto-renewing subscriptions: Stamp Maker Pro (Monthly), Stamp Maker Pro (Yearly)
Length of subscriptions: 1 month (Monthly), 1 year (Yearly)
Price of subscription: Monthly (£3.99), Yearly (£19.99), or equivalent in your local currency
Stamp Maker Pro subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store / Google Play account settings.
Font Pack purchases are one-time non-refundable transactions.
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests must be directed to them.
Free-tier users are subject to daily STL export limits and will be shown advertisements.
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App to create content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the App or its related systems.
Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
All content, design, code, fonts, and assets in the App are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
STL files generated by the App are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. We do not claim ownership of models you create.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction where our company is registered.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
