Technology has always been at the centre of everything we do and all your taxi bookings are controlled by our fully trained operators and telephonists at our purpose built call centre located just outside Sandbach

Our bespoke dispatch system uses the latest state of the art cloud based technology allowing you to book your taxi by telephone, booking apps and online, automatically locating the closest available vehicle via GPS. Once your booking has been received and allocated to a vehicle you will be giving automatic updates of your vehicle and its ETA with the ability to track your taxi real time.
