By downloading or using Stalkie ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Stalkie is a fictional, story-based detective game developed by Metin Atalay ("we", "us"). All characters, names, messages, photos, and events in the App are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App or its content.
The App offers a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks premium content. Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple under App Store policies — we cannot issue refunds directly. Purchases can be restored on new devices via the "Restore Purchases" option.
All content in the App — stories, cases, texts, artwork, and code — is owned by us and protected by copyright laws. The App's content is provided for personal entertainment only.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its content, or use its fictional content to harass or defame any real person.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
