Glastonbury Abbey offers a grace filled location for Catholic retreats and conferences.
For more than 1500 years men and women from all walks of life have been visiting Benedictine Monasteries and finding there a safe place of spiritual refreshment and peace. Glastonbury Abbey's RETREAT AND SPIRITUALITY CENTER is a contemporary response to this tradition and to the Rule of St. Benedict's injunction that "all guests be received as Christ."
Glastonbury Abbey has two retreat houses:
Stonecrest can accommodate up to 23 people over 3 floors with 13 single rooms and 5 double rooms. The 5 rooms on the second floor have private bathrooms. Bedrooms on the first and third floors have shared bathrooms.
Whiting House, can accommodate up to 8 people over 2 floors with 3 double rooms and 2 single rooms. Bathrooms are shared.
Both houses have additional space for small meetings and areas for personal reflection. Stonecrest has a library.
