OFFICERS - EXECUTIVE BOARD:  (full year)

 President: In collaboration with the Athletic Director, and support of the Executive Board, directs all aspects of Booster Club activities. Represents Boosters at school events. Sets agendas; directs Booster Club meetings. 

 Vice President: Serves as support to the President; coordinates all aspects of Booster Club activities. Serves as President in the President’s absence. Represents Boosters at school events. Collaborates with/supervises Concessions Committee.

 Treasurer: Manages all money activities of the Boosters. Represents Boosters at school events. Presents financial reports at each Booster Club Meeting. Prepares annual report of income and expenses for fiscal year. Oversees preparation of Federal and State tax forms and all reports for not-for-profit corporation status.

Secretary: Records attendance and minutes at all Booster Club meetings and disseminates to the membership. Represents Boosters at school events. Develops roster of all Board members, Committee Chairs and team representatives. Writes monthly Stagg Charger Newsletter articles. Sends any other correspondence on behalf of the Booster Club. Maintains copies of all correspondence, minutes and documents pertaining to Booster business.
