StageHack will showcase creativity in the live performance space. 

Calling all creative coders, light artists, musicians, thespians, dancers, comedians and other performers… September 13-15 Boston Tech Poetics and the MIT Theater Arts group are hosting a hackathon that will combine art and technology and live performance. 

Maybe you’re into motion tracking and would love to work on a piece with contemporary dancers... perhaps you’d like to do a performance with reactive visuals and a live brass trio or a jazz singer... Maybe you love to live code and you’d like to incorporate mimes or circus artists in your next set. You could be a storyteller or comedian who wants to work multimedia graphics. 

There will be a project pitch night (online and in person) at the September BTP meetup - 6:30PM Sept 10 @ MIT Theater Arts (it will also be live streamed - link on the Discord server.)

Whatever your technical, creative or performing skill set, you're invited to collaborate with a team to put together a 5-7 minute piece and perform it LIVE. 

Tickets are VERY LIMITED.
