BG World Informal Group is a youth-led initiative based in Italy and active in the field of non-formal education, international mobility and youth participation.
The name reflects our identity: “BG” stands for Bergamo, the area where the group was born, while “World” represents our love for travelling, intercultural exchange and a wider international dimension. It expresses our belief that local roots and global openness can grow together.
Through Erasmus+ projects and community-based activities, BG World promotes volunteering, intercultural dialogue and European citizenship. We create learning experiences that empower young people, strengthen their competences and encourage active participation, with particular attention to inclusion and opportunities for those with fewer chances.
Stage at High Altitude fully reflects our vision: combining creativity, mobility and meaningful international cooperation to help young people grow — locally and globally.

Carla
Carla
Carla Brami is an actress and improviser based in Paris, with over seven years of experience. She graduated from «Cours Florent» and the Conservatory of Dramatic Arts. Carla performs in various shows with different concepts, including long-form improvisation, improv matches, and cabarets.
Carla is also a work psychologist and leads workshops and performances in companies focused on communication, well-being and mental health.
In this project, Carla will facilitate theatre and improvisation sessions, supporting participants in developing creativity and confidence through playful and collaborative methods.
Mike
Mike
Michele Tuveri has been active in the Erasmus+ Programme since 2019. His experience as a youth worker and facilitator stems from the rural areas of Sardinia where he crafted and implemented non-formal education methods and activities on different target groups (from children to young adults). His main topics are social inclusion, communication and music (especially singing). He has a background in Biology and is currently pursuing a degree in Communication Sciences.
Within this project, Michele is the youth leader for the italian team, and he will co-facilitate the learning process of the participants throughout non-formal education activities fostering their communication and creative skills.
Ricky
Ricky
Riccardo Zambaldo is a youth worker and facilitator active since 2018 in non-formal education and group facilitation with teenagers.
He has solid experience in outdoor education, including mountain camps and nature-based learning activities, and has more recently been involved in Erasmus+ mobility projects as a youth leader and facilitator.
He graduated in Philosophy in 2024 from the University of Milan and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Philosophical Sciences.
Within this project, Riccardo is responsible for logistical coordination, monitoring and overall support of the activities.
Susy
Susy
Susanna Piombo is a logistic support within the project, taking care of the social media and of recording and sharing the memories during the whole week.
She graduated in Philosophical Sciences in Milan and will start her PhD in Geneva in August.
She has experience in working with early teenagers in private lessons since 2020 and entered the world of Erasmus + last year.
