3. KYC & Document Submission
Employees must upload valid and correct documents.
Submission of incorrect or fake documents may result in rejection or action.
4. Attendance & Usage
Biometric and face attendance must be marked honestly.
Location permission is required for attendance features.
Any attempt to manipulate attendance is strictly prohibited.
5. System Access
Access is limited to authorized employees only.
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.

HRMS is for official use only.
Employees must not copy, share, or misuse company data.
7. Modifications
The company reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
8. Payroll & Salary Processing 💰
Salary will be processed based on attendance, leave records, and company policies.
Employees must ensure their data and attendance are accurate in HRMS.
Any salary discrepancies should be reported to HR within a reasonable time.
The company may make adjustments in case of errors or updates.
Payslips will be available in the HRMS portal/app.
Employees must ensure bank and tax details are correctly updated to avoid delays.
